The Philosophy of Our Wines
Following our winery’s philosophy, which is entirely based on respect for the land and its cultivation, our wines are also produced with the aim of capturing the place and the soil from which they originate. To express the characteristics that the land itself imparts to them, the authenticity of the Distomo soil, and the purity of the atmosphere created by the area’s microclimate.
From the reception of the grapes to the moment of bottling, the philosophy of creating wines with character and authenticity is what guides us.
The interventions in the must and subsequently in the wine are kept to the absolute minimum. Our guiding principle is the creation of high-quality, pure wines in which the characteristics of their region of origin dominate. Wines that retain the freshness given to them by the area’s microclimate, wines whose energy is inextricably linked to the energy of the land where our vineyards are located.

Savatiano Roditis
Elegant and complex nose. Green apple with floral notes. A sense of herbaceousness combined with minerality. Citrus notes, with dominant lemon, complete the aromas of the nose. Full-bodied palate with very good structure. Accurate expression of the nose’s aromas. Balanced acidity with a sense of tannins and herbaceousness embracing it.
Long-lasting aftertaste highlighting the freshness of the wine.
Mikrorogo
Elegant nose with floral hues, mainly white rose and jasmine. Tropical fruits with dominant mango in its fleshy element. Bergamot. A sense of minerality completes the complex nose. Balanced palate with good acidity and expression of the aromas on the palate. Fresh, with the freshness dominating the mouth. Good aftertaste.
Elektros
Elegant nose with dominant fruits of quince, peach, and orange. Notes of chamomile and flowers, mainly jasmine. Good aftertaste with a slight presence of tannins and astringency that makes the wine gastronomic and ideal for pairing with food. The integrated acidity, combined with the wine’s density, maintains a noteworthy intensity.
Grenache Rouge
Red fruits with dominant strawberry. Tomato along with spicy aromas. Red fruits on the palate combined with pleasant tannins. Good aftertaste with acidity still present. A sense of oiliness in the aftertaste combined with lasting freshness.
Red
Expressive nose with an intense presence of fresh red fruits, such as sour cherry. The fresh fruits are combined with a sense of herbaceousness. Purity of aromas. Elegant and balanced palate with the presence of black and red fresh fruits such as raspberry and sour cherry. Velvety tannins with good acidity. Medium to long aftertaste combined with intense freshness at the end.
