Vineyards in Old Goblets
A characteristic of our winery is that our vines are cultivated in traditional goblets.
This plant training technique, used for generations in our region, contributes to enhancing the quality of the grapes and protecting them from adverse weather conditions.
The goblet shape enhances the absorption of light and moisture, offering our fruits rich flavor and intense aromas.
Family Philosophy and Organic Cultivation
Our winery’s philosophy is simple: We produce wines that respect the land and the environment, which are authentic and natural. Our family tradition empowers us to produce wines that reflect the culture, history, and natural heritage of Distomo. We are proud to combine organic cultivation with a love for quality and taste, producing wines that are healthy and full of character.

Winemaking:
Following our winery’s philosophy, which is fully based on respect for the land and its cultivation, our wines are also produced with the aim of capturing the place and the land from which they originate. To express the characteristics that the place itself imparts to them, the authenticity of the land of Distomo, and the purity of the atmosphere created by the region’s microclimate.
From the receipt of the grapes until the moment of bottling, the philosophy of creating wines with character and authenticity is what guides us. Interventions in the must and subsequently in the wine are kept to a minimum.
Our guiding principle is the creation of high-quality, clean wines, wines in which the characteristics of the region from which they come prevail. Wines that retain the freshness given to us by the region’s microclimate, wines whose energy is inextricably linked to the energy of the land where our vineyards are located.
